Orders
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection of giftboxes, select the one you love and add a personalised message then click add to cart. Once you're ready head to checkout where you can enter delivery details. We accept all major payment methods and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or edit your order please contact us as soon as possible at support@giftley.co.uk
Once your order is on its way, we're unable to make changes - but we'll do our best to help however we can!
Can I change my delivery address?
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us right away at support@giftley.co.uk We can make changes as long as your order hasn't been processed. Once your gift box is on its way, we're unable to change the address.
Returns
Can I return an item?
We want you to completely happy with your gift box. If there's an issue with your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days, and we'll be happy to resolve the issue.
Delivery
What are the delivery options?
We currently offer Tracked 48 Royal Mail service. We are looking to add more delivery options.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days from receiving your order confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Alternatively you can track your order through your account on Giftley's website.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to UK Mainland only.

How do I create an account?
Creating an account with us is simple!
- Click the account icon in the top right of the website.
- Click "Create account" which is located underneath the "Sign in" button.
- Complete the sign up form and click "Create"
- Once the sign up form is complete you will be prompted to verify your email before being able to use your account.
How do I manage my account?
To manage your account follow these steps:
- Click the account icon in the top right of the website.
- Log in with your email and password or you can sign in with "shop"
- You will be able to see your order history and account details.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at support@giftley.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.
